Susan is Knowledgable about the area, made the hunt for a home a fun experience, not afraid to talk out the pros and cons , especially since I’m new to the state. My eyes wide open thanks to her ! She did not make me feel pressure or rushed to buy. I’m now in a home and neighborhood that I love!

Not only did Susan keep my stress level down during the home search process, she made our long days fun. She patiently observed what I liked as well as my dislikes. We had the most amazing experience buying our first home. Susan was there for every question I had no matter if I thought it was silly, or if i should have known the answer. Susan always made us feel like family and treated us the same way. I have recommended Susan many times to friends and family. We had tried a different agent before calling Susan and the difference was amazing. We never felt pressured and Susan made they process of viewing homes and the process extremely simple.

What can we say, Susan is nothing but the best, a true blessing in our quest to purchase a property here in Arizona. It was not uncommon to talk with her several times a day throughout the purchase process, which in turn, allowed us to complete the purchase of our home on a timeframe we had not yet experienced. We talk with Susan on the regular, more than a year after our purchase because, simply put, she's a wonderful person and neighbor. Our situation, like everybody else's, was unique. Migrating to the area from out of state, not knowing anybody, and operating on limited knowledge from bi-weekly visits prior to purchasing, made the selection of an agent critical for us beyond the financial commitment. Susan earned our trust early on when meeting her on a random open house. We spent hours talking with her during this visit and walked away knowing she would be our agent. She routinely visited the property, grabbed mail, remained on-site so vendors could perform work while were in moving process and always reported back with receipts/proof of work completion. She truly was our eyes and ears throughout the pre-migration period. Susan not only has unique knowledge of the area, she maintains relationships with local area contractors/vendors and actively solicits feedback from those she recommends them to. We know when Susan recommends somebody, she has either had personal experience with, or has received good feedback from the clients she has recommended them to. This was huge for us as we negotiated various vendors to resolve issues as part of our purchase and have had no related issues from those engagements post sale. We can't say enough about Susan. She is our only real estate, period.
